How to Report a Lost/Stolen Card or Unauthorized Transactions

If you discover that your Mastercard® Debit card has been lost or stolen or become aware of unauthorized transactions, during Customer Service hours (Monday – Friday, 9 am – 4:30 pm CST), please call (800) 300-1467 to report the incident immediately.

If you learn that your Mastercard® Debit card has been lost or stolen, or you become aware of unauthorized transactions, and the bank is not open, please call the 24-hour number below and immediately report your lost or stolen card or unauthorized transaction: Lost or Stolen ATM Card or Mastercard® Debit Card or Unauthorized Transactions 1-800-554-8969.

In the event of a lost or stolen card while traveling outside the United States, you may contact us collect at 00-1-614-564-5101.
