Pay by Autopay
Make your monthly payments the easy way—automatically!
With Autopay, your loan payment is deducted each month from any U.S.-based checking or savings account you choose. No need to remember due dates, just set it up once and you’re done.

Pay Online or with our Mobile App*
Make payments anytime through Grand.bank® Online Banking or our Mobile App*.
If you're paying from an account at another financial institution, be sure to have that account’s routing number and account number ready.

Once you're logged in:
1. Select “Transfer”
2. Click “Launch External Transfer”
3. Follow the prompts to complete your payment

Using the Mobile app
To use the mobile app, you must first enroll in Online Banking using your Grand.bank® account number.
Once enrolled and logged into the app:
1. Tap “Transfer & Pay”
2. Select “Make an external transfer”
3. Follow the prompts—it’s that easy!
NOTE: Terms and conditions apply. The transfer may take 1-3 business days.While Grand.bank® does not charge fees for online or mobile payments, customers should refer to their other U.S. institutions for information regarding possible fees charged by those institutions. Mobile and connectivity rates may apply depending on your carrier.
Pay Using Another Bank's Bill Payment Service
You can make your Grand.bank® loan payment through your primary bank’s online bill pay system.
Log in to your primary bank’s website and follow their instructions to send a payment to Grand.bank®.
Important: Some banks may send a check by mail instead of processing the payment electronically. Be sure to allow enough time for delivery so your payment is received on time.

Please send your check or money order along with the payment coupon using the self-addressed envelope included with your most recent mortgage statement.

Pay by Phone
While Autopay is the most convenient way to make your payment, you can also pay by phone if you prefer.
To make a payment by phone, call (800) 300-1467 between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
Please have the following information ready:
1. Your mortgage loan account number
2. The last four digits of your Social Security number or ITIN
3. The routing and account number for the account you’re paying from
Note: A $15 service fee applies for phone payments. Payments are typically processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
