Director of Human Resources
The mission of the Human Resources Department is to provide quality services and support to Grand Bank for Savings, FSB (“Grand Bank”) by promoting the concept that our employees are our most valuable resource and will be treated as such.
The Human Resource Director will provide service and support to business line partners across Grand Bank. Primary responsibilities include: hiring & recruitment, implementation and management of learning and training programs and overall HR Operations.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, but work experience and history considered. Also, five (5) years of practical HR experience in an entry level HR role or HR environment.
Customer Service Teller
The Teller/CSR position is responsible for providing excellent service to bank clients by conducting appropriate teller transactions, answering common product or online banking questions, and performing account maintenance.
The selected candidate will ensure the financial service needs of each customer are met promptly, accurately, and courteously. This position requires bank product knowledge, attention to detail, and strong in person and telecommunication skills.
At least one year of prior teller experience is preferred.
Prior cash handling experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent is required (some college is preferred).
