Utilize the Card Management tool in the Grand.bank mobile app* to lock and unlock your card in the event it is lost, stolen or experiencing fraudulent activity.

- It is recommended to use a Password Vault solution for creating and storing credentials and passwords. These can be used across mobile devices, desktops, and laptops and very helpful in keeping your information safe and secure.
- Do not use easy passwords. Choose complex passwords. An example might be to use the first letters in a phrase or favorite saying. When possible, use a unique combination of upper case, lower case, numbers and special characters.
- Change your password periodically.
- Grand Bank representatives will never ask for your login credentials or password. If you are contacted, hang up and call the Bank directly.
- Check your account daily.
- Avoid using public Wi-Fi, use your phone data instead. If you do use public Wi-Fi, never log in to anything sensitive on your device.
- Do not leave an Internet or Mobile Banking session unattended for any period of time. Always sign out or logoff.
- Contact Grand Bank immediately if you suspect fraud or a breach of your account.

- Shred all documents containing personal information.
- Review Bank statements promptly and carefully.
- Enroll in Notifi Alerts so you know immediately what is happening in your account.
- Periodically check your credit report for any unusual changes.
- Only divulge personal information to someone you are positive of their identity and only if you initiated the contact.

If you are a victim of identity theft, immediately place fraud alerts or security freezes on your credit reports by filing a report at IdentityTheft.gov.
