Pay by Auto-Debit
Auto-Debit is the easiest and most convenient way to make your monthly payments. It enables you to set up your monthly home loan payments to be deducted automatically from any checking or savings account with a U.S. institution you choose. Set it and forget it!
To sign up you will need to complete a form. Please contact is at (800) 300-1467 to receive the form by email with a secure link to return the form to us (for security purposes). Please do not send personal account information via a standard, unencrypted email.
Pay online or with our mobile app
Make one-time payments anytime through Grand.bank’s online banking or mobile app. If you are making a payment from another financial institution, be sure to have the account number and routing number for the transferring account available.

Once enrolled, choose “Transfer”, “Launch External Transfer” and follow the prompts.

Mobile app
You must first enroll in Online Banking with your account number to gain access to the Mobile App.
Once enrolled, choose “Transfer & Pay”, “Make an external transfer” and follow the prompts.

Pay using another bank's bill payment service
Go to your other bank’s website and follow the directions for their online bill payment program to send the money to us. Allow enough time for delivery to ensure your Grand Bank loan payment posts on time. Some banks may mail a check instead of paying electronically.

Pay by phone
To make a payment by phone, call (800) 300-1467 during the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday. Please have the following information available when you call:
1) Your mortgage loan account number
2) The last four digits of your Social Security number or ITIN number
3) The account number and routing number of your deposit account
NOTE: a $15 fee applies. Payments are typically posted within 24-48 hours, excluding holidays and weekends.
