About Sean

Experienced Mortgage Operations Leader

Sean Little is the Vice President of Mortgage Operations at Grand.bank®, bringing more than 20 years of experience in mortgage lending and financial services. He is dedicated to keeping mortgage operations running smoothly and works closely with teams across the bank to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a seamless experience for customers.

Throughout his career, Sean has held a wide range of roles, including mortgage leadership, loan origination, real estate, and insurance. This hands-on background gives him a well-rounded perspective and allows him to approach challenges with practical, effective solutions.

Sean studied Construction Engineering at The University of Southern Mississippi and completed General Studies at Pearl River Community College. His educational foundation supports his strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Outside of work, Sean is actively involved in his community. He has served in leadership roles with Oak Grove athletic and capital improvement organizations and has volunteered as a youth sports coach for more than 20 years. His commitment to service has been recognized with honors such as the Forrest General Spirit of Women Person of the Year award.
